He’s a husband, father, pastor and author. He earned his B.A. in Religious Studies from Concordia University in Ann Arbor, Michigan and his MDiv from Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
He serves as pastor of St. Mark’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ferndale, CA. The Gift and the Defender is his first novel. You should read it. His most recent book is Finding the Truth in Story: Grimm’s Fairy Tales, Volume I. You should read it too.
